Product description:
CALDO shower trays are made of XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam board (CFC & HCFC free, yellow closed-cell core) in core and coated with fibreglass mesh and polymer cement mortar on both sides. It makes the shower tray an ideal base for setting tiles using the thinned process. The XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam board in the core is 100% waterproof and offers exceptional resistance to water vapour.
These type of CALDO shower trays are pre-contoured to a centre waste which provides a quick and cost effective alternative to the traditional screed methods of tiled shower base. All CALDO shower bases have a fall 10 to 30 mm.
